LAS VEGAS M-G-M Mirage plans to sell three casinos in the southern Nevada border town of Primm to Herbst Gaming Incorporated.
That's according to a report this morning by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
It says the 400 (M) Million dollar deal would involve the Whiskey Pete's, Primm Valley and Buffalo Bills -- but NOT the 36-hold Primm Valley Golf Club.
Several gas station-convenience stores also would change hands.
Las Vegas-based M-G-M Mirage is one of the world's largest casino companies.
Herbst is one of Nevada's largest slot machine operators. It announced plans in May to spend 148 (M) Million dollars to buy Sands Regent -- the operator of four casinos including the Sands Regency in Reno.
Primm is off Interstate 15 about 35 miles south of Las Vegas. |
