Maharajah Club, the flashy Indian newcomer that's poised to dominate the burgeoning Asian poker scene, recently announced the launch of MaharajahClub.net. This free play site, which went live on November 1st, is expected to draw a new audience of gamers to Maharajah Club, plus combat the negative impact of the anti-gaming legislation recently passed in the US. The site will feature tutorials and other learn-to-play tools, in an effort educate Indian nationals about what has previously been a mainly Western pastime. Maharajah Club has already partnered in a cricket site and backed a Bollywood TV show; we can expect to see many other promotional efforts from them in upcoming months.
