MILLION DOLLAR SPIN GIVEAWAY GAME RULES
1. Hollywood Casino’s Million Dollar Spin Giveaway is open to New Customers who sign up for a first-time Hollywood Casino Players Card account between April 9, 2007, and July 8, 2007, and to invited existing Hollywood Casino Players Card account holders.
2. Players who do not have a Hollywood Player’s Card can sign up for a Free Screen Test Card at the Promotions Booth.
3. Limit one entry and prize per New Player's Card sign up or invitation from April 9, 2007, through July 8, 2007.
4. All customers eligible to play the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway will check in with a Hollywood Casino Representative, who will verify the customer’s name and eligibility. The customer will then spin the three wheels on the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway. By spinning all three wheels the customer activates the game’s random number generator. The random number generator determines the customer’s prize. Prizes customers can win and how the prizes are represented

All New Customers who sign up for a first-time Hollywood Casino Players Card account and all existing Hollywood Casino Players Cardholders who are invited to play the Million Dollar Spin receive Free Entry into the $180,000 Cash of the Caribbean Giveaway $27,000 Monthly Cash Drawing. In compliance with the approved giveaway game submission, players may pick up their Consolation Prize (1 entry for the monthly drawing) until midnight on the day before the $27,000 Monthly Cash Drawing.
The Grand Prize is a $1,000,000, 25 Year Annuity payable by SCA. Hollywood Casino does not guarantee that the $1 Million Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes will be awarded. In the event that the “Grand Prize” is won, both Hollywood Casino and SCA will validate the Grand Prize winner is legitimate and eligible. Only one (1) Grand Prize amount will be awarded. In the event of multiple verified Grand Prize winners, each prize payment will be divided equally among such winners. For example: if two persons win the $1,000,000 Grand Prize, each winner will receive half of the Grand Prize award in complete satisfaction. Payments for the Grand Prize award will not begin until such time as the winner has been verified and the promotion is complete. If the randomly generated number is the winning entry number determined by SCA, in the audit log, for the grand prize on the Million Dollar Spin, then SCA will award the $1 Million
Dollar Prize. The data stored in the audit log is the sole determiner of the winner of the Grand Prize. Any potential winner shall be subject to verification by SCA.
5. Patrons will check in with the Hollywood Casino Representative and once checked in, spin the three-wheeled Million Dollar Spin Giveaway. This action will activate a random number generator in the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway, which will be used to select what the customer will win. At the top of each wheel is a red light. In order to be considered for a prize, each wheel should spin at a rate where the overhead light starts to blink or the spin will be considered ineligible and the wheel must be spun again. Once the wheel is released by the customer, it must not be touched or interfered with by anyone or anything. Machine malfunction will void all play/attempts. A ticket will be generated showing the symbols spun on the wheel. The symbols determine what the patron has won. Secondary prizes are redeemable at the Promotions Booth located on the main casino floor. Hollywood will verify the eligibility of each prize winner and award the secondary prizes. Customers winning the secondary prizes have 60 days in which to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed will be forfeited.
6. In the event the game becomes inoperable, the patron will be given the option of playing at a later date or taking a free Epic Buffet complimentary and the Consolation Prize.
7. No forms will be utilized in the awarding of the free $27,000 monthly cash drawing entries or non cash secondary prizes. The entry is placed into the player's account when he/she is invited to participate in the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway or signs up for a first-time Hollywood Casino Player's Card account.
8. Winners are responsible for payment of all local, state and federal taxes as applicable.
9. Hollywood Casino Aurora and SCA are the sole judges of game rules and the awarding of prizes. Hollywood Casino Aurora and SCA reserve the right to discontinue provisions of the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway without notice. Further, Hollywood Casino and/or SCA may alter or change any portion of the Million Dollar Spin Giveaway at any time, and for any reason, subject to Illinois Gaming Board approval. Notification of any changes will be announced and/or made available to participants on hand.
10. Employees of Hollywood Casino and SCA, their immediate family members (immediate family is defined as employee’s spouse, parents, sibling, child or stepchild) and employees of Hollywood and SCA’s affiliate companies are not eligible to participate.
11. All winners are deemed to grant permission to Hollywood Casino and SCA for advertising/promotional use of their names, photographs and identity.

Please Note: In the event that a player requests self-exclusion, the player’s name is automatically flagged in the Hollywood Casino Aurora system. Any Hollywood player’s account that is flagged in the system as “Self-Excluded” is ineligible.
