Okay, call me stupid, but what are $30 lottery tickets? I play powerball, but it is only $1 tickets. Does it just mean you can buy 30 chances instead of 5 or what? I feel dumb for asking this, but I really want to know! |

Oh, so it is a $30 scratcher ticket? I thought it was some kinda of fancy lottery ticket - LOL! I forget they call scratcher tickets "lottery tickets." When we first got the "lottery" here, it was only scratchers and I was like "Where's the powerball?" |
