Hello all and thanks for allowing me to join this community. Here is my challange. I have been with the same company for 18 years and due to a recent restructuring, I find my place in a world I know little about other than being the guy who sits accross on the gaming table or pulling the slots.

I have been tasked with putting some of our aircraft to work and somehow find a way to get into the charter side working directly with the casinos. We currently use brokers, and have flown several missions into and out of several US gambeling locations. With that said we are not new to the business. What is new is me finding out how to best get in direct contact with the right people within the LAS community that would be interested in leasing our aircraft.

I also have some promotional ideas for casino's to use that would benifit both them and us (don't think conventional air transportation such as sun country or the like using Junkets)Think Player Development Programs.

So who and what should I do next? I am so lost and would appreciate some positive comments back.
