A dream that began twenty years ago, Daniel O’Donnell spent his entire life’s savings to produce his very first record, “My Donegal Shore.” The song caught the attention of radio programmers in the United Kingdom, which led to a recording contract with Ritz Records. In 1987, O’Donnell’s second album, “I Need You” debuted at #1 and set the stage for him to become one of the most popular singers in the world. Critical acclaim has followed him to America as a reporter from the San Antonio Star wrote, “Irish superstar Daniel O’Donnell understands the deep connection between traditional Irish and American County music.”
