Casino news from http://stlouis.bizjournals.com:80/ Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. said Tuesday that Todd George and Mario Maesano will relocate to St. Louis to become vice president and general manager, and senior director of marketing, respectively, for its $430 million casino now under construction in downtown St. Louis. George has served as the general manager of Pinnacle's Boomtown property in Bossier City, La., since 2003. He joined Pinnacle in the accounting department of its Belterra, Ind., casino in 2000. Maesano, currently head of marketing at Boomtown in Bossier City, joined Pinnacle in 2000 in the marketing department at Belterra, rising to senior director of marketing, a role that he also held at Pinnacle's L'Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles, La., during its first year of operation. Barry Regula will succeed George as general manager of Boomtown Bossier City, according to a release. He joined Pinnacle as director of entertainment at Casino Magic Biloxi (Miss.) in 1996. Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: PNK) is a Las Vegas-based company that owns and operates casinos in Nevada, Louisiana, Indiana and Argentina.
