RTTNews) - Monday, Poker TV Network Inc. (PKTV.PK) said that it has changed its name to PC Universe Inc. and ticker symbol to PCUV.PK, which has been accepted by The Nasdaq Stock Market. The new company will begin trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol PCUV effective July 5, 2006. Coincident with the name and ticker symbol change, PC Universe has effected a one-for-three reverse split of its common stock, with post-split trading to begin when the market opens for trading on July 5, 2006. On June 20, 2006, after receiving approval from a majority of stockholders, PC Universe's board of directors approved the reverse split. Immediately prior to the reverse split the company had 99.99 million shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
