One of the best tribute bands on the circuit, "Ragdoll," will pay homage to the sounds of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in the Shell at Trump Marina June 8, 9 and 10. Shows are at 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets, priced at $22.50 plus tax.
With harmonies second to none and the falsetto of the lead singer, Eddy Rezzonico, this tribute is a must hear. In addition to lead singer Rezzonico, the band consists of Lenny Terry, first tenor and bass player; Frankie Lo’Cara, second tenor and sax player; and Dave DelBaro, baritone and lead guitar.
Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons were considered one the bigger rock and roll groups of the 1960’s. With romantic tunes and tightly arranged group harmonies, their music was considered an update of the Doo Wop genre. Their romantic tunes have delighted fans for more than 30 years with hits like "Ragdoll," "Dawn," "Walk Like A Man," "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," and "Let's Hang On."
