Corleone Kosmos’ time of 1:51.3 in the Breeders Crown prep last Saturday was a world record for four-year-old geldings. He will be driven by John Campbell, the series’ all-time leading driver, with 41 victories. Sand Vic, who also has won the Cutler Memorial this year, will be driven by Brian Sears. Sand Vic was made the 9-5 morning line favourite. Last season’s Hambletonian winner, Vivid Photo, will start from post six for trainer-driver Roger Hammer. The Breeders Crown Trot will be the 13th race on the card, which begins with a special 5 p.m. post time.
