Random Daily Drawings:(Monday thru Sundays)
The Player's Club will be randomly drawing 2 winners from the Forcise System each session. And the Table Games will be drawing 2 winners for each drawing session, for a total of 4 names each session. The total amount of winners we will have for the day will be 8. This will make the total of 240 winners for the promotion. Random Drawing Sessions will be: 1st Session (9am to 2pm), 2nd Session (3pm to 8pm).
GENERAL RULES
1. Membership required to participatel
2. To be eligible, Casino Guests must be sitting at any slot machine with their card in the card reader.
3. Two slot players will be randomly chosen during each drawing session, using our Forcise System.
4. A Table Games employee will enter the active table and chair number into the drawing. Example: (BJ1 Spot 1)(Craps left 1)
5. Two table and chair numbers will be drawn randomly each drawing session.
6. The winner's names will be announced over the intercom from the Players Club desk.
7. The winner will have 3 minutes to claim prize at the Players Club Desk.
8. Table Games employee will empty barrel after each session winners have been verified.
9. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form.
10. No gaming or purchase is required to participate.
12. Winner must provide a picture I.D. and one other form of I.D.
13. Management reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time without notice.
14. Winners agree to allow Sac & Fox Casino to use their name and likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes.
15. Sac & Fox Casino employees are not eligible to participate.
*Eight decks of cards will be shuffled in the Security Dispatch office daily by one of our Table Games Managers, or Assisitant Managers in front of a Security Officer under cameras in the Dispatch Office.
*Once the cards have been shuffled, the Security Officer will seal, date, initial, and number the decks 1 thru 8 on the decks.
*Once the 8 decks have been sealed, the decks of cards will be escorted to the Table Games Pit area under cameras at all times.
*A Casino Manager will open the sealed deck of cards and put them into the slots on the Frenzy board locaaed in the doorway of Phase I and Phase II at the beginning of each drawn winners turn.
*In the event the Forcise system is down, we will use machine numbers in a barrel to randomly pick the Slot winners.
*If the Royal Flush is hit:
~ The remaining 47 cards will be turned around for verification on tape.
~ Once the cards are verified, Security will put in the first bag the winning 5 cards. They will seal the clear bag. The remaining 47 cards will also be put in the second clear bag and sealed.
~ Once both bags have been sealed, a Security Officer, and Table Games Manager or Director will escort the 2 bags to our evidence cabinet in Security Dispatch.
~ Surveillance will also give them the 3 Video Tapes to take to the Evidence Cabinet in Security Dispatch.
~ Once we have all the evidence locked up we will get verification of the win from the Lloyd's London Insurance Company.
~ The Casino will not be allowed to announce the win until verification from the Lloyd London Insurance has been made.
~ Once we have the verification, the winning customer will be notified to come to the Casino to claim the $250,000.00
~ The customer will need to sign an affidavit to send to the Lloyd's London Insurance.
