Come and drink deeply of the laughter, song and dance that characterize a proper (we use the term quite loosely) Irish Wake. This uproarious interactive comedy dinner show is just the thing to lift your spirits – and rest assured there will be plenty of spirits to go around as glasses are lifted in honor of our dearly departed Mr. Patrick James Finnegan.
After sailing to America on a teenage dare, Finnegan wasn’t afraid to dream big. Though he never realized his lifelong ambition of running his own distillery, he certainly dedicated himself to researching the distiller’s craft. While many a lesser man might have given up his dream and resigned himself to a life of regular employment, Paddy remained faithful to his whiskey till the bitter end.
Here’s your chance to honor both a great Irishman and great Celtic tradition in one fell swoop. It’s an opportunity to entertain and to be entertained – while seasoned actor/comedians host this evening of Celtic wit and merriment, you’ll also have a chance to help console Paddy’s poor widow.
Feel free to share a joke, a ballad or a tale of Paddy at this best. After all, this gathering is a celebration of Paddy’s life, not his death.
