An Indiana casino under construction in Orange County is seeing legal disputes between two business partners.
Business partners Bloomington-based Cook Group and Indianapolis-based Lauth Property Group are suing each other.
The lawsuit was sealed, but a judge will consider unsealing those records Monday.
On Saturday, the attorney general weighed in saying the lawsuit "should be made public."
