Strip Poker: $180,000 Poker Giveaway at Two Station Casinos

Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Ranch Tag-Team to Reward Poker Players With Big Prizes
In this "Strip Poker" series, Card Player covers the Las Vegas poker scene — on The Strip and around the city.
Red RockTwo Station Casinos, Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch, are partners in the $180,000 Poker Giveaway, wherein players can win expensive prizes for as little as 10 minutes of play.
Cash-game players must register at one of the Station Casinos Reward Centers to receive a Boarding Pass. This card is used to log in and out of cash games. The computer tallies up tickets earned for every 10 minutes of play.
Every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday at 6 p.m. there is a compuGreen Valley Ranchterized drawing for 10 winners at both Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock. Players need to activate their tickets earned by swiping the Boarding Pass at the Rewards Center before the drawing begins. All tickets accumulated before 5:30 p.m. will count toward that night’s drawing. Players must be present in the poker room within one minute of being drawn to win and claim their prize.
The following are the prizes given on each of the three nights a week:
* First — $2,000 50-inch plasma-screen HD television
* Second — $500 one-night stay at respective casino and dinner for two at T-Bone's Chophouse (RR*) or Hank's (GVR*)
* Third — $400 Zune digital media player with Bose headphones
* Fourth — $200 dinner for two at T-Bone's Chophouse (RR) or Hank’s (GVR)
* Fifth — $200 dinner for two at Terra Rossa (RR) or Terra Verde (GVR)
* Sixth — $200 dinner for two at Hachi (RR) or Sushi & Sake (GVR)
* Seventh — $100 dinner for two at Tides RR or GVR
* Eighth — $100 dinner for two at Cabo (RR) or China Spice (GVR)
* Ninth — $100 dinner for two at Salt Lick Bar-B-Q (RR) or Tides (GVR)
* 10th — $100 buffet for six at RR or GVR
*RR=Red Rock, GVR=Green Valley Ranch. Prizes are dependant upon the casino in which the drawing takes place.
If a prize is not claimed, another name is drawn until all 10 prizes are given away. This promotion will continue until the end of December.
