Taylor Hicks to headline at Pearl River Resort
CHOCTAW, Miss. (Sept. 4, 2007) Taylor Hicks, will perform live at Pearl River Resort Friday, Nov. 2, at 9 p.m.
Hicks brings his soul/pop sound to the Silver Star Convention Center for one night only. The Birmingham natives debut single "Do I make You Proud" entered at #1 on Billboards Hot 100, Pop 100 and sold 190,000 copies in the first week. His new self-titled album features the up-tempo sounds of "The Runaround" and "Heaven Knows" to the slower paced "Just to Feel That Way" and "The Right Place." Tickets are $35-$25.
Also, Oct. 12, at 9 p.m., Big and Rich will perform in the Silver Star Convention Center, with their hits like "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" and "Lost in This Moment." Tickets for this show are $45-$35.
