OFFICIAL RULES
1) Must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate in this promotion.
2) No payment of any kind is necessary to participate in the Winners Party Promotion.
3) In the interest of participant health and safety, Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino reserves the right to refuse any person participation in this promotion.
4) Must be present to win.
5) Employees of Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino, as well as, their immediate family member and/or persons living in the same household, of Herbst Gaming Inc., Herbst Inc., said companies distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Immediate family members consist of the employee's parent, spouse, child, siblings and spouse's parents and siblings.
6) The winner agrees to sign an affidavit, that attest to the eligibility requirements regarding immediate family as defined above in Rule (#5), prior to receiving any prizes.
7) In the event a person should circumvent the rules of the promotion and be awarded a prize, the prize will be voided and reclaimed by Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino.
8) Each time a person receives a taxable jackpot of $1,200 or more at a slot machine or as part of a table game's jackpot, they will receive an invitation to the Winners' Party. The Winners' parties will be held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Winners Party will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 for all January winners and Wednesday, March 8, 2006 for all February winners.
9) Invitations are non-transferable and guests must show photo ID to enter the party. Each person who has an invitation may bring a guest with them to the Winners' Party.
10) Winners must present their invitations at the party to participate in the cash drawings.
11) Invitations presented at the party will be used as the entry form for the cash drawings.
12) No substitutions or photocopied invitations will be accepted.
13) All invitations will be put into a locked barrel located in the room hosting the party.
14) At 6:30 PM, six names will be drawn and will win the following in the order drawn:
First entry drawn: $250
Second entry drawn: $250
Third entry drawn: $250
Fourth entry drawn: $250
Fifth entry drawn: $500
Sixth entry drawn: $500
15) If one person has multiple invitations, they may only win one cash prize per party.
16) Following the drawings, Security will empty the drawing barrel and put all invitations in an envelope and they will be stored in the Marketing office.
17) Only invitations for the previous month will be accepted at the Winners' Party drawings.
18) Prizes are non-transferable.
19) Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes resulting from winnings.
20) Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winners' permission to use his/her likeness, name and hometown for publicity or promotional purposes without compensation.
21) Prize winners must provide valid photo identification to claim prize.
22) Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by all rules of the promotion.
23) Any dispute not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino, in a manner deemed by it to be the fairest to all concerned, and the decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino reserves the right to void any invitations or cancel this promotion at any time. |
