This tournament is just now ending: PokerStars.net APPT Macau: The Asian Poker Open , take a look at this forum:
Macau Sporting Club has hold'em tournaments every night.
Also I pulled this from pokerpages.com:
Australian-based PokerDome Group recently announced an agreement with the management and owners of the Diamond Casino in the Holiday Inn to open and operate the first permanent cash poker room in Macau, the first venue to operate cash games in the People's Republic of China.
November 20th is the target date for the cardroom to open.
It will feature eight tables, quickly increasing to 25-30 tables when another floor of the Casino is renovated, and will offer a range of games, including no limit and pot-limit hold'em games, and as required, seven-card stud, seven-card stud hi/lo, Omaha, Omaha hi/lo and other games (pending Government approval).
