Several of the Buffalo Common Council members have been quoted lately as making comments to the effect that as the casino is a done deal, we might as well sell Fulton St. to the Senecas. I have come to expect that kind of wishy-washy, weak nonsense from the mayor and the his very common counselors, but I would expect more from the people's representatives. The casino is NOT a done deal and the lousy $600,000 that the city hopes to get for Fulton St. is absolute small change considering that a piece of the city of Buffalo and the United States Of America will be lost FOREVER to a sovereign nation. This is not to mention the tremendous negatives that this Trojan Horse casino will bring to our city, all of which have been mentioned on this list and elsewhere for many months, so we know that the Council members are all aware of them.
Council members of Buffalo - Now is the time for leadership. Do not fail us. Do not fail the people. Do what you were elected to do and do not serve yourselves for short term or long term political gain. History will record your vote and your legacy will be what you have left behind you. Do not cooperate with the Senecas on this issue and do not cooperate with the unholy alliance of degenerate politicians and other greedy humans who have perpetrated this fraud upon us. We, the people, are watching you and will judge you by your actions. God is watching you. You have taken vows to God and man that you will do your utmost to fulfill the sacred obligation of public office. I believe you should be taking those vows seriously.
