The renovation features a classic, lodge-styled theme. "This renovation will take the property to a new level of casino sophistication," said Richard Kline, general manager. "It will provide a gaming experience for our customers that is second to none - a place where employees are proud to work." Enhancements to the 74,000-square-foot casino - housing 2,000 slots and table games - include stone veneer columns at the main entrance, new wall treatments, crown molding, plasma TVs throughout the casino and exhaust fans offering cleaner air for gamblers. New electronic signs have also been installed. One was posted along Interstate 10, near the exit to State Highway 79. Soboba Casino, 23-333 Soboba Road, about 45 miles from Palm Springs, is located off State Highway 79 at Ramona Parkway.
