Always the frontrunner, Harrah’s just unveiled a new 211-room tower and a Voodoo Café & Lounge very much like the one at the Rio. Harrah’s has competition, though: The Argosy is building a hotel that’s slated to open toward the end of 2006, while the Ameristar Casino boasts the biggest poker room in the Midwest.
