Hehe, something special happened yesterday to me in Weaverville, California at Garden Cafe. They waitresses there serving me any my wife for our Valentines day lunch, clipped up our credit card to my dismay even though we asked to use the phone to call the bank (denied) and then asked them to wait until we called the bank and returned to get the card after we dropped our cat off at the Vet.

When we returned they had to retrieve our card from the depths of the garbage can. and guess what the little <excuse me> assholes clipped my card. WHY? bank error, like we tried to tell them.

We of course went to file a report at the sheriffs for Destruction of Private Property and we got a friendly enough fellow, but he seemed like he could do nothing for us. Now I'd like a little advice from some of you all.... what are my legal rights?
