Texas Hold’em is a game that took the world by storm. When you think of poker you no longer think of games such as Five Card Draw or Five Card Stud. Why you might ask. Well simply put, if played right the game is more about skill then luck. That is why this game has become more popular in my opinion.

A recent addition in the World Casino Directory consists of this game of which we speak. It is still in its beta stages but before long this game could bring its host tons of traffic. I have been participating in the WCD Hold’em beta tests. So far the game defiantly has its ups and downs but before long the glitches should be taken care of and the game should go gold.

Let us begin with the strong points of the game:

• Rebuy:
A great feature that lets you bring in more CG once you get cleaned out by one of the locals. I have used this feature many of times.

• Deal Me Out:
Awesome feature if you need to run off real quick and want to save your seat.

• Chime:
Another Great when you are multitasking on the computer and forget to check your game. Remember, do respond in 30 seconds.

• Structure:
The structure of this game is pretty solid and impressive. Not many bugs really. Basically just features needing to be added.

• Winning CG
CG, which stands for Casino Gold can be spent on the World Casino Directory site. It can buy you lots of great gifts that can be found in the Casino Shop.

Let us end with the low points of the game:

• Cards Covering Your Chips:
It is a horrifying experience to be in a heated game of Hold’em and you can not see how many chips you have left. Many times I have lost my entire CG do to this problem and been forced to hold out until more CG comes my way.

• Action is Not Always on the Right Player:
The Dealer should always act last but sadly this is over looked for now.

• Graphics are Defiantly Lacking in Areas:
The game so far looks to be very generic where looks are concerned. I am sure as time goes by and the game reaches its final stages that the look shall improve.

• Idling Players Still Lose Chips:
If a person decides or needs to leave the computer and forgets to hit the deal me out button then they stay in the upcoming hands losing their CG, do to not replying within 30 seconds.

In conclusion, I feel this is going to become a great game. It is already addictive and has me wanting to play it at all times of the day and I am really not a poker playing man. The low parts of the game will be easily fixed and the game will just continue to grow into something that will take the WCD by storm.

We me have a logo or something but this actually is because this is a Flash game and requires no download because of that we kept the graphics at a minimum to make sure we get good action at the table...
