Good news: Mountaineer Racetrack will have table games. I am not sure if they are in yet or not.

However some bad news for you, too: Voters in Jefferson County, however, rejected table games for Charles Town Races & Slots the same day. State law prevents its parent, Penn National Gaming Inc., from seeking another referendum for two years.

West Virginia will have one more election. Kanawha County voters will consider table games for Tri-State Racetrack & Gaming in Nitro on Aug. 11.

This is all from the Las Vegas Sun, I'm not sure how Tri-State Racetrack faired in the vote.... will try to find that out for you.

Tri-State Racetrack and Gaming also got table games passed!

From the Charleston Gazette:

"Opponents of table gaming in Kanawha County picked up a few votes during a recount on Wednesday, but not nearly enough to alter the outcome of the Aug. 11 special election.

After the two-hour recount of 44 of the county’s 175 precincts, table gaming had passed by a vote of 23,196 to 22,857. Poll workers recounted about 10,000 of the approximately 46,000 votes cast in the election."
