Casino Cash Patrol

Promotion begins on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 5:00 pm and ends at midnight.

1. Must be 21 or older and must be able to provide valid proof of age.

2. Must be present to win.

3. All winners must provide a valid state-issued photo ID and Social Security card or know their Social Security number. Prizes will not be awarded without all required documentation.

4. The computer will randomly generate gaming position winners from slot machines.

5. To qualify for the promotion, Club Eldorado members must have their Club Eldorado Card properly inserted in the slot machine card reader.

6. Winners will be selected every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm until midnight.

7. Each winner will be awarded $1,000 by the Casino Cash Patrol.

8. Limit one winning selection per player and/or Club Eldorado Card per promotion.

9. Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes.

10. Play history will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

11. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at our discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.

12. Employees of Eldorado Resorts and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible.

13. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the rules. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at Club Eldorado throughout the duration of this promotion.

14. Subject to change or cancellation with prior notice to the Louisiana State Police division of gaming.
