Earn entries into two drawings for a 2007 Hummer H3! Drawings will be held Saturday, August 11 and Saturday, August 25. Qualification periods are August 1 - August 11 ending at 9:00 p.m. for the August 11 drawing and beginning at 9:01 p.m. August 11 - 25 for the August 25 drawing. Club Eldorado members may earn entries by playing Treasures of The Eldorado. One (1) entry will be earned for every 20 slot points earned or for every one hour of rated table play. Hot August Nights Win A Hummer for The Summer Rules & Regulations
Promotion begins on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at 12:01 am and ends Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 10:00 pm.
1. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid proof of age.
2. All participants must be members of the free Club Eldorado.
3. The Hummer H3 drawings will be held on Saturday, August 11th and Saturday, August 25th at 10:00 pm.
4. Must be present to win.
5. For every 20 points earned through slot play or for every one (1) hour of rated table play, Club Eldorado Members will earn one (1) entry into that promotional period for the Hummer H3 Drawing. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted in the slot machine, and to request table rating.
6. Double entries will be earned Tuesday through Thursday.
7. Entries can also be earned playing Treasures of the Eldorado.
8. Entries are non-transferable. Entries are valid only for the drawing date indicated on the entry ticket. Entries do not carry over from one drawing period to the next.
9. Entries earned between 12:01 am August 1st and 9:00 pm August 11th will be eligible for the August 11th Hummer H3 Drawing.
10. Entries earned between 9:01 pm August 11th and 9:00 pm August 25th will be eligible for the August 25th Hummer H3 Drawing.
11. Entries can be picked up the day of the drawing between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm in the Ballroom located on the 2nd floor pavilion.
12. Entries must be deposited in the drawing drum located on the 1st floor of the hotel pavilion next to the Hummer by 9:59 pm the day of the drawing.
13. Entries cannot be folded, altered or mutilated. Folded, altered or mutilated entries will be considered invalid.
14. Drawing will be held at 10:00 pm the day of the drawing.
15. Winners will be announced throughout the casino and must report to the promotional area located on the 1st floor of the hotel pavilion within three (3) minutes of being called with valid government issued photo ID and Club Eldorado card and either know Social Security number or provide Social Security card. Must be present to win.
16. Winners have the option of taking $20,000 in lieu of the Hummer H3.
17. Winners are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes.
18. Play history will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
19. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport's discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
20. Employees of Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
21. Participants agree to the use of his/her name, city/state and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.
22. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to the rules.
23. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at Club Eldorado throughout the duration of this promotion.
