Phil Gordon Teaches Las Vegas Academy

For all the would-be WSOP champions flocking to Las Vegas this summer, here's an opportunity to brush up on your skills before taking your seat at the table: Phil Gordon of Celebrity Poker Showdown fame and Andy Bloch of the M.I.T. Blackjack team are hosting a one-day intensive card-playing boot camp on June 24th. The eight-hour seminar will cover topics from Gordon's company Expert Insight's "Final Table Poker" video, plus other subjects geared specifically to the World Series of Poker.
Gordon's part of the seminar will touch upon everything from bluffing to tells to position to pot odds. Bloch will concentrate specifically on blackjack strategy: card counting, team play, etc. After the formal seminar, the two will conduct a joint Q&A to answer any questions that players might have about poker, blackjack, the World Series, or Las Vegas life in general.
The seminar takes place at the Village Square 18 theaters in Las Vegas on June 24th starting at 8:30AM, and lasting for approximately eight hours. The fee is $299 all-inclusive. For more information or to sign up, visit:
