I just played a cheapie $9+1 satelite at Absolute Poker, and placed! It took about 3 hours all in all, but I'm soooo excited! I still have to play one more satelite, but the prize there is the actual $11,000 trip to the world series of poker!

It wasn't really that hard to place, just played some seriously patient poker. It helped that one of my best friends was railing me and talkin on the phone reminding me to be patient hehe.

There's actually a $1 satelite you can play to qualify too, I almost went for that one, to play into the $9 game, but this worked, so I'm excited!
