Two people were arrested Saturday, accused of transporting equipment used to grow marijuana. Raidel Cordero Artigas, 30, of Tampa, and Ana Maria Mendez Lazo, 25, of Port Richey, are both facing charges of transporting drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
