Caleb Frasier Burns Jr., 65, of Locust Hill Farm, Charles Town, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson. Born March 30, 1946, in Charles Town, he was the son of the late Caleb Frasier Burns Sr. and Bessie Lee Mason Burns.
