A AAA Four Diamond property, Choctaw Casino Resort - Durant is situated on a 50-acre site at 3735 Choctaw Road in Durant, Oklahoma, an hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The sprawling complex began as the Choctaw Nation's first bingo parlor in 1987 and has grown into a mega-complex with three hotels, a total of nearly a quarter of a million square feet of gaming floors spread over the North, South and Sky Casinos, and over 100,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, and the 25,000-square-foot multipurpose Grand Theater, with seating for 3,000.

After a 15-month expansion, the Grand Tower reopened in Sept. 2023, and is complete with 18 suites and 329 non-smoking rooms. The remodel was the very first since the tower's opening back in 2008. It was the first of three towers to open on the property. The renovation follows the 2021 expansion that added the Sky Tower, as well as its refresh of the Spa Tower. Between the 21-story, 1,000-room luxury Sky Tower Hotel, the Grand Tower, and the 286-room Spa Tower Hotel, the room count at the Durant property now exceeds 1,700. 

Visitors will find a multitude of amenities here, including two outdoor pools and a water park, including an 18,000-square-foot pool area, Aqua at Sky Tower, situated on three acres, which features an exclusive adults-only and a family-friendly pool, poolside cabanas, chaise lounge chairs, outdoor food and drinks venues, poolside service and swim-up bars. Food and drink options are plentiful, boasting 20 restaurants and 21 bars and lounges. There is also a three-level convention/entertainment complex; The District, which features 20 bowling lanes, an arcade with 70 games, a six-screen movie theatre; a spa and two fitness centers, multiple retail stores, and dining options. 

The expanded experience at the AAA Four Diamond casino resort, entertainment and convention destination in southeastern Oklahoma includes a total of 218,844 sq ft of gaming floor spread of three casinos, boasting 7,400 slot machines, including over 3,200 slots and table games in the nonsmoking area, Sky Casino, 130-plus non-smoking table games, including a 30-table poker room, a High Limits salon, racebook and more. 

Owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the federally recognized tribe is also responsible for Choctaw Casinos in Broken Bow, Grant, Idabel, McAlester, Pocola, Stigler and Stringtown.

Butterfields Buffet

Butterfields Buffet at Choctaw Casino in Durant was named for the famous stagecoach line that ran through the area. No matter what your favorites are, you'll find them in the buffet spread here. Bamboo Noodle Bar

Starbucks has two locations at Chocktaw Casino & Resort Durant, one in the Grand Casino and the other in Sky Casino, and offers a good variety of light fare for breakfast and lunch as well as snacks.

District Hall

Located in the non-smoking Sky Tower near The League, Choctaw Casino Resort Durant's District Food Hall seats seats 125 people and features five quick-casual dining venues highlighting a variety of cuisines. 

Guests can choose from Velvet Taco, which features diverse, globally inspired tacos including combinations such as Chimichurri Steak, Korean Fried Rice, Cuban Pig, Spicy Tikka Chicken and more. The menu at Velvet Taco also offers alcoholic beverages such as its signature Kick-Ass Margaritas, Palomas, beer, and more.

Italian cuisine is on the menu at Italia Kitchen where you can choose everything from fresh salads and pasta dishes to  Detroit-style pizzas and Italian sandwiches, all made with the freshest ingredients. Desserts like Tiramisu and Vanilla Panna Cotta are also on the menu. 

Inspired by the Nashville scene, South Hot Chicken serves your lip-smackin' hand-breaded chicken tenders and sandwiches with your choice of three heat levels and five dipping sauces. To compliment your chicken, sides include waffle fries, mac & cheese, coleslaw, spicy pickles and black-eyed peas! Deserts are also on the menu. 

If BBQ is your thing, The Pit serves everything from brisket, smoked sausage, pulled pork,
smoked turkey, and ribs to Texas Nachos and sides including potato salad, BBQ beans, coleslaw and fried
okra. For dessert how about a heaping helping of banana pudding or homemade fried pies?

Last but not least, refreshing frozen cocktails are on tap at Slush'd, where you can choose from all your favorite flavors. Add an extra shot to kick it up a notch if you want!

The food hall is open Sunday-Thursday from 11am-10pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am -12am.

In addition to the other restaurants at Choctaw Casino Resort Durant, there is also a food court located in The Link Casino, across from The District, with four quick eats spots.

Krispy Crunchy Chicken: Featuring Cajun-style chicken (bone-in and tenders) and honey butter biscuits. 

Papa John's Pizza: Pizza just the way you like it. 

Cinnabon: Ooey gooey cream cheese frosting slathered over its signature cinnamon roll.

Gilley's Durant

In addition to the Conference Center and the Grand Theater, there is another top entertainment venue in Durant. Gilley's can be found in the North Casino, and offers a Southern atmosphere celebrating the country music tradition. Red River Lounge: Open daily 10am to 1:45am. Located next to Jackpot Java in the North Casino, this chill full service bar/lounge serves beer, wine, along with all your favorite spirits.

6th Street Lounge: Open daily 10am to 2am. Full-service bar/lounge located right next to the Poker Room.

Platinum High Limit Lounge: Open 10am to 1:45am. Full-service bar/lounge located within the High Limits Salon.

Red River Lounge: Located in the Grand Casino, this full-service bar is fully stocked with beer, wine and liquor.

Choctaw Casino - Durant RV Parking

Located next to Choctaw Casino Resort, the RV Park is a spacious and clean KOA campground with all of the amenities you would expect. It's all about the life of leisure here and every spot offers a 12′ x 80′ concrete pad with a covered table and grill. Each hook-up is close by to the pool, gathering spaces, showers and beverage center. Rates are seasonal but midweek (Monday through Thursday) is always a bit cheaper than the weekends. There are 77 premium sites here, and every space gets free WiFi and cable TV.
