In April 2021, the Tule River Indian Tribe broke ground on the new, full-service Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville, California. The casino that opened in 1996 was located on the Tule River Reservation in the foothills. The new venue moved approximately 17 miles down the mountain near the Porterville Municipal Airport on a 40-acre site, off Highway 65, next to the Porterville Fairgrounds. Two years after the groundbreaking, the casino opened on April 19, 2023, at a cost of $180-$200 million. The official grand opening/phase one was held on May 9th, 2023. 

The new Eagle Mountain Casino is 105,000 square feet with approximately 1,750 slot and video poker machines, 20 table games, a 2,000-seat event center, two bars (alcohol is new here), and a variety of dining options including a diner, food court, coffee house and steakhouse. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor but there is a non-smoking section on the casino floor as well. 

Phase 2 of the new build includes a 125-room hotel and a 20,000 sq ft event center that are scheduled to open in 2025.

Cedar Food Court

Cedar Food Court at Eagle Mountain Casino features a variety of quick eats-style restaurants which cater to the varying tastes of its patrons. Walk through and choose from Asian/Menoodle, Italian/Ciao and Mexican options. Hours vary. 

 

 

 

Yokuts Coffee House

• Serving: Salads, Sandwiches, Pastries, Coffee House

Open 24/7, Yokuts Coffee House offers freshly made hot and cold beverages served by Baristas, along with fresh pastries made daily from the on-site bakery, plus house salads, sandwiches, chocolates and much more. *Hours subject to change.

Meeting & Event Space

Eagle Mountain Casino's event center can seat 2,000 and hosts concerts and other events. The venue can also accommodate fights such as kickboxing, MMA and the like. 

Center Bar

The full-service Center Bar at Eagle Mountain Casino includes 24 bar top gaming machines along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There isn't a better seat in the house.
