The Laughlin River Lodge is located in Laughlin, Nevada, within a mile of the Laughlin Event Center and near the Regency Casino and Laughlin Outlet Centre. The venue is owned and operated by Nevada Restaurant Services. The property, which has been undergoing major renovations since 2014, features a 1,001-all non-smoking room hotel, with amazing river or mountain views, and free Wi-Fi. Hotel amenities include three dining options, bar/lounges, outdoor pool, health and fitness facility, and day spa.

The 72,000 square feet of gaming at the Laughlin River Lodge includes approximately 498 slots, video poker, and electronic bingo and keno machines, as well as traditional bingo. The casino's remodel includes a new, larger bingo room. The property also has a race and sports book and two unique Dotty’s locations, located on separate levels, each with its own gaming and dining options.
