12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino, formerly 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino, is located at 455 Wapato Lake Road in picturesque Manson, Washington. Originally established at the location in 1994, a new casino was opened in 2004. There are many resorts in the Lake Chelan area and the 12 Tribes' 7,000-square-foot casino is the place to play your favorite slots and table games, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and more. More than 600 slots are available 24 hours a day. Table games include, among other choices, Blackjack tables, Roulette, Craps, and Spanish 21. There are also sports betting kiosks throughout the casino.

Other amenities include two restaurants, nightclub, a 36-space RV Park with many amenities, and the Deepwater Amphitheater hosts a summer concert series featuring well-known names and popular entertainers.

In addition to Lake Chelan and the proposed Pasco tribal casino, the Colville operate two other 12 Tribes casinos, in Omak and Coulee Dam, in Washington.

Crosswinds Restaurant at 12 Tribes Lake Chelan Casino is a full-service restaurant that opens every day at 10am. Order from the breakfast menu until 1pm. The biggest menu items like steak and eggs are only about ten bucks and there are plenty of choices.  The Pacific Northwest-inspired menu also features appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and salads will get you through the middle of the day and the entree selections run the gamut from fresh fish tacos to steaks, pasta specialties, and an Asian stir fry served over rice.
