Located in Hollywood, Florida, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Across three hotel towers, the resort boasts 1,271 guestrooms. The classic 12-story Hard Rock Hotel has 469 music-themed rooms and suites; the seven-story Oasis Tower features 168- guest rooms and swim-up suites and is adjacent to the 35-floor Guitar Hotel and its 638 luxury guest rooms and suites. Truly unique, The Guitar Hotel is outfitted with floor-to-ceiling glass panes and is part of the $1.5 billion expansion completed in 2019 at the South Florida property. 

The 2019 expansion also included new high-end amenities including a 42,000 sq ft spa retreat, with a 3,200 square-foot fitness center and a 3,600 square-foot salon, a new 13.5-acre pool resort with three distinct waterfront areas including a private Bora Bora lagoon area, a 26,000 square-foot promenade of boutique storefronts, more than 120,000 sq ft of premier meeting and convention space, the new 6,500-seat, state-of-the-art Hard Rock Live and more.

There are also more than 20 food and beverage outlets and DAER South Florida, a 44,000 sq ft indoor, outdoor entertainment complex. 

The casino floor at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood covers over 195,000  square feet and hosts approximately 200 table games, with live dealer roulette and craps, which were added in 2023, among others and a High Limit Table Games room, 2,700 slots, including a High Limit Slots room, a non-smoking High Limit Slot area, a non-smoking Slots Room, and a high stakes 24/7 WPT Poker Room with 45 tables. In 2023, the Hard Rock Sportsbook was added and with it, 40 self-serve betting kiosks that are available 24/7 and 8 sports betting windows open daily.

Kuro

Hard Rock Hollywood's newest culinary innovation, Kuro is a 9,500-square-foot restaurant with an open-theater design offering sweeping views of the kitchen, sushi bar, lounge and outdoor patio. A new-style Japanese concept the restaurant features handcrafted cuisine and cocktails using both locally sourced and imported ingredients. The beverage program is inspired by its culinary offerings and features Japanese imported and local craft beers, Japanese whiskeys, shōchū, 30 sake brands and 110 wine labels. Brunch served on Sundays from 10am - 2pm. 

Kuro is located between the Player's Club and Seminole Way Valet Pick-Up.

 

Hard Rock Cafe at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood

Bae Korean Grill

The BAE Bar is located at the main entrance of our restaurant and features an extensive selection of spirits, wine and beer. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Restaurant

Situated at the base of The Guitar Hotel, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood serves prime dry-aged beef butchered and cured on the premises. The meat is maintained to perfection in dry-age coolers with rock salt walls under the direction of Executive Chef Peter Mavraides. You can even choose your own cut of 100% U.S.D.A. prime beef as you watch the butcher (through an open kitchen) brand your steak, just for you. King Crab is flown in from the Bering Sea, and the other seafood on the extensive menu is line-caught from local waters. The wine list is extensive, with more than 400 labels ranging from $50 to $8,000, and live entertainment is provided nightly. The restaurant seats 260 and features two private dining areas.

 

Marky's Caviar

This menu at this fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar incorporates modern American techniques. The dishes offered use a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar, and more. Choose from delicacies such as Arancini, French Onion Dip Smoked Trout Roe, Beef Tartar, Wagyu Steak, Truffle Fries and Cavatelli Pasta. Visitors can also enjoy a crafted selection of curated cocktails and caviar service by the exquisite marble bench bar.

The Bōl

• Serving: Chinese, Vietnamese

Two executive Chefs, each from their own Asian discipline preside over the ambiance and offerings of The Bōl at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Enjoy authentic dishes from Vietnam and several regions of China prepared by these native chefs. Guests can choose from specialties such as Pho, Cantonese Roast Duck, Mongolian Beef and Yung Chow Fried Rice. Enjoy your meal in 7,000 sq ft of warm and welcoming space with seating for 170, a full bar serving hand-crafted cocktails, wine and beer, and a semi-private dining space that seats up to 24 comfortably. Open daily for lunch and dinner, The Bōl is located just inside the main entrance of the pool hotel.

Beach Club Bar & Grill

Constant Grind

Completely smoke-free, Constant Grind is a French-inspired, American bakery serving latte, espresso and iced drinks, as well as freshly in-house baked breads and pastries, grab-and-go specialty sandwiches, salads, sweets and more. Abiaka Wood Fire Grill

Located on the 2nd Floor Pool Vista Pavilion, Abiaka features an open-kitchen concept utilizing state-of-the-art J&R wood fire grills and Josper coal ovens and a farmer's market approach. Guests will find that the fine dining restaurant's menu offers both small plates and large-format entrees and is perfect for sharing or individual dining. An impressive wine list is also featured, with up to 100 labels, at this dinner-only grill. 

Cipresso

• Serving: American, Italian

Located directly adjacent to Oculus in the hotel lobby of the new Guitar Hotel, Cipresso serves Italian-American cuisine with a contemporary twist. The menu features modern interpretations of classics such as handmade pastas, bread, sauces and specialty dishes such as Seafood Cioppino, Veal Scaloppina Al Limone and Branzino. Guests can also choose from an extensive wine list and a creative cocktail menu. The restaurant offers family seating and a 16-seat bar. 

PLA Sports Bar

PLA Sports Bar is far from your typical sports bar or someplace to watch the game. Guests can choose from a full menu of apps and entrees, along with an extensive craft beer, wine, and signature cocktail list. There are also plenty of TVs, so you won't have to worry about being near a screen. DAER South Florida

Open Thursday through Sunday, DAER South Florida is a 44,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor complex featuring three different entertainment venues – nightclub, poolside day club and rooftop club.

The Dayclub features a 21,130-square-foot day club, with a resort-style pool, along with two dipping pools, 13 private cabanas, daybeds, a DJ booth with a 40-foot LED screen, bar, hot tubs and bungalow VIP sections.

The Nightclub features 18,800 square feet of indoor space and includes an 11,120-square-foot venue with a folding glass window allowing it to quickly become a flexible indoor-outdoor space. Both venues feature a state-of-the-art Function One sound system. Completing the complex is a 4,000-square-foot rooftop club, Rooftop Live, which overlooks the lagoon and pool area, including the Bora Bora villa experience.

Oculus Bar - Located in the hotel lobby, Oculus Bar is a treat for the eyes, featuring an open layout with a variety of bar and plush teal lounge seating.
