Dover Downs Hotel & Casino is located at 1131 North DuPont Highway, in Dover, Delaware. The motor speedway and horse racing track opened in 1969, the casino opened in 1995 with just 500 slot machines. Today the property is host to the world famous Monster Mile at Dover International Speedway, premier live harness racing from November through April, over 2,300 slots and electronic gaming machines, 44 gaming tables and virtual table, as well as a Race & Sports Book.

In early June 2019, Dover Downs new owners, Twin River Worldwide Holdings Inc., permanantly closed the third floor poker room. Live action tables have been moved to the 1st floor of the casino.

The property also includes a 500-room and suite hotel, inclduing 56 luxury suites on the 9th and 10th floors, a South Pacific-inspired full-service spa, boutique shops (The Colonnade), 10 dining options ranging from deli to gourmet, and five bars/lounges. Nearly 40,000 square feet of multifunction space is available including the 18,000 square foot Rollins Center where top name national acts perform regularly.

Dover Downs casino is open 24/7, but closed Christmas Day and Easter.  Visitors must be 21 to enter the casino and 18+ to bet on pari mutuel races, live or simulcast.

The poker room on the 3rd floor CLOSED permanently in June 2019, and the tables were moved to the casino floor in the table games pit closest to the Garden Cafe entrance. Tables are open daily from 10am to 4am.

No Limit Hold'em is the game spread here. There are at least 2 tournaments every day except Monday and Wednesday when there is only one. Tournament buy-ins range from the Beginner's Tournament at $25 to a $100 Deep Stack on Friday with a guaranteed $3000 payout.

Gr8 Burgers & Shakes

There are more than 15 different varieties of flame broiled, fresh-made burgers, including vegetarian and gluten-free options at Gr8 Burgers & Shakes. And you'll want to bring your appetite for their extra-large hot dogs loaded with all the fixings, cooked to order, hand cut house-made French fries and a fresh spun milkshakes using Vanderwende's farm fresh ice cream to complete the meal!

If you're feeling especially motivated, finish the Monster Burger, fries and a milkshake and you'll get the meal FREE and they'll post your photo on their Monster Burger wall of fame! Be forewarned though, the Monster Burger Meal is four ½ pound burgers, cheese, fried onions, pickles and onion rings on a grilled, buttered brioche bun. It is not for the faint of heart.

Michele’s

Reservations are required to dine at Michele’s at Dover Downs. The menu features delicious seafood, prime cuts of beef and chops, fresh sushi, seasonal selections and decadent desserts for your dining pleasure. The entire meal is accented with specialty pairing of fine wines from the extensive hand selected wine list. Choose from appetizers such as a wild mushroom risotto, heirloom tomatoes and lump crab cakes or how about the 20-plus oz. Tomahawk Rib-eye steak or the twin-steamed lobster tails?

Order your Elite Blank Angus filet mignon on hot rocks and the steak will be served at your table on sizzling lava rocks so the last bite will be as hot as the first.

Brunch is available on Sundays from 10am to 2pm.

Michele’s Steakhouse now has a SECOND location at the Hotel Lobby Lounge, Monday through Thursday. On those select days, they serve a new menu, in addition to their classic dishes and signature cocktails. An extensive wine list, a comfortable bar and live music are also features. On Friday & Saturday "Michele's Steakhouse Lounge" is open as a VIP Lounge exclusively.

Michele’s Steakhouse will move to the Hotel Lobby Lounge, Monday through Thursday (on days when Michele's is NOT open). The restaurant will serve a new menu, along with classic dishes, signature cocktails and an extensive wine list. Guests will also enjoy a cozy bar and live music. This is a SECOND location.

Frankie’s

Frankie’s is the casual, family friendly Italian dining venue at Dover Downs right in the heart of the Colonnade shopping center. Not only is the atmosphere conducive to family dining, but the menu pricing is too. The adults can enjoy veal, chops, chicken, seafood, premium beef, sausage and more. Unique Italian desserts and liqueurs are the perfect ending to a wonderful meal at Frankie's. A premier seafood restaurant, Pearl Oyster Grill serves up fresh seafood daily and is open for lunch and dinner. Each month offers a seasonal menu and every day you will find themed choices at The Festival Buffet at Dover Downs. Pricing is great  with discounts for Club Card members and children's fare is half price.  The lavish breakfast buffet is spread daily and there are live action cooking stations serving up lunch and dinner selections.  The Festival Buffet now presents an upgrade option as well.

The Garden Café

This gourmet coffee shop is located right in the hotel lobby, don't let a visit to the casino pass you by without stopping in to see what all they have to offer. Open early and serving until late daily, you will also find a wide range of muffins, soft pretzels, fruit tarts, gelato, bread-bowl soups, grab-and-go salads and paninis.

The Winner’s Circle Restaurant

The Winner’s Circle Restaurant is open November through April during Harness season from 4pm until 8pm Monday through Thursday. Stop in and enjoy home-style favorites in a roomy and comfortable atmosphere. Many tables have a great view of the finish line so reservations are recommended if you want a premium seat. The fare is fresh and cooked to  order, and the service is exemplary.

The Rollins Center at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino has room for up to 18,000 cheering fans and hosts everything from top comedy acts like Bill Cosby, to boxing matches, country music and rock concerts. All throughout the year you will find well known names lighting up the stage with what they do best. The venue is also available for special events and the space is flexible so you don't need to invite 18,000 guests.

Dover Downs Hotel & Casino can accommodate nearly any size meeting, banquet, and conference or convention request, with its multiple corporate meeting rooms ranging in capacity from an elegant, 14-seat boardroom to larger meeting spaces to accommodate between 30-15 attendees.

Dover Downs RV Parking

Overnight RV parking is free at the casino except during NASCAR events. RV dump is free. No other RV services are provided. If you come during racing events you can park in one of the more than 3,500 dedicated spaces. Four lots offer reserved parking, and two lots are first come, first served. All amenities including water delivery are available when the lots are opened, which is only a few days each year.
