The restaurant cafe at Capitol Casino has something for everyone, serving a mix of local favorites, traditional American cuisine, as well as European and Asian specialties. Dinners will find a wide variety of  appetizers and tasty main dishes that range from the famous rib-eye steak to the classic Eggs Benedict breakfast and desserts. There is also a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The restaurant is open daily from 6:30am to 10pm, however, the Asian menu is only from 5pm to 3:30am and the American dishes on the menu are served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, until 1:00 am in the card room.
