Update: Some six years after being damaged by a March 2018 fire, the first phase of reconstruction of the Waterfront Manila Hotel and Casino complex, previously known as Manila Pavilion, is projected to be done by May 2024, according to the property’s listed operator Acesite (Phils.) Hotel Corp. The second and third phases of the reconstruction plan are expected to be completed by January 2025 and May 2025, respectively. 

The decor and color theme at Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel & Casino celebrates secondary colors in complimentary harmony with maroon being dominant, much like you may have seen at Casino Filipino.

The gaming area is spread over the first three floors, and over 700 slot machines and 105 tables are offered. For gamblers who enjoy smoking there is a separate well maintained area for you to enjoy your smoke while you play. For players who would like to request limits not found in the common area of the casino, Waterfront Manila offers VIP players Club Primero.  Here you can request  minimum and maximum bet levels to be approved by  the pit manager and casino management.

The prices are surprisingly low for such tasty menu items and cocktails. Boulvar Sports Bar is open from 12noon until 2am every day. It's always nice to find a place with good, but reasonable priced food and drinks.
