Casino Queen & Hotel Review

Casino Queen and Hotel is located at 200 South Front Street in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The casino started as a river boat in 1993 and opened up shop in the current riverfront location in 2007. It was owned by employees for about a year before being bought by a spin-off of Pinnacle Entertainment.

The casino has 38,000 square feet of casino floor space with over a thousand slots and video poker machines, 28 gaming tables, four restaurants and a hotel with 159 well appointed guest rooms. Those on the road can enjoy a space at the on-site RV park and still get a ride to the casino door.

The casino is now open from 8am to 4am, 7 days a week. Visitors must be 21 or older to enter casino or play.
