On Dec. 22, 2020, the Hawaiian Homes Commission approved a draft legislative proposal that would allow limited casino gaming in the form of a single integrated resort property in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii. Upon submission, the proposal will be reviewed by the Department of the Attorney General, the Department of Budget & Finance, and Gov. David Ige. 

Should the Governor include the proposed measure in his packet, the draft legislation would be considered by the Hawaii State Legislature. 

At this time, there is no gaming information.

*Hawaii and Utah are the only two states in the U.S. where gambling is prohibited and it doesn't appear as though that will change anytime soon.
