Budget problems quiet Clark County "Red, White, and Boom" fireworks show at Desert Breeze Park, for the second year in a row. The county says the fireworks show, a local annual tradition for 12 years, is just too expensive. Last year, the fireworks show was also canceled due to budget concerns.
