MGM Grand Resort Casino Review

The MGM Grand is a casino located on the Las Vegas strip and the Pinnacle of entertainment. Its hotel rooms are designed to suit even the most refined visitors and rates start at just $89 per night. Hotel rooms aside, it's really about having fun gambling and the MGM Grand Casino is at the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Gamblers are conveniently located to other big name casinos. It's easy to spot the MGM Grand Casino Hotel - just look for the big golden lion.

MGM Grand Resort Hotel and Casino  has over 170,000 square feet of casino gambling space with 3,000 slot machines, about 200 table games, race and sport book, poker and 3 unique hotels to fit any entertainment lifestyle.
The combined complex creates one of the largest hotels in the world. There are exciting things to do 24/7. The casino and exhibition floors are usually crowded as it is one of the most popular casinos in Las Vegas and draws a large crowd from the Strip. Early mornings are the least crowded times. The monorail going to the Las Vegas Convention center begins here.

MGM Grand Poker Room

The MGM Grand has a 22 table, non-smoking room that's very active and popular with tourists.  The room is directly between the beautiful MGM sportsbook and Centrifuge, a hip bar featuring hot dancers. You may never know if it is night or day outside as the MGM Grand Poker Room provides a seamless transition and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The room offers a variety of games (see above) and tournaments with nice structures Mon-Fri at 11a and Sun-Thu at 6p.

Any time of the day or night players can enjoy table side food and drink service as well as a massage without interrupting the game. This is a non-smoking room. The early morning hours are least crowded but there is always action. The Poker Room is surrounded by the Centrifuge bar, and the Race and Sports Book.

The MGM has beautiful tables and large, comfortable chairs with plenty of space between tables.  In addition, there are about 8 flatscreen TVs throughout the room.  The MGM maintains an automated waitlist system complete with handheld pagers to notify you when a seat is available.
