Hotel Features. Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa features nine restaurants, including Terra Rossa with Hell's Kitchen winner Heather West as Senior Chef. Terra Rossa serves authentic Italian foods including homemade pastas and thin pizzas from a wood burning oven. Guestrooms. Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa's 414 guestrooms span 20 floors. Rooms feature Frette Italian linens, bathrobes and slippers.
