It is certainly cheap. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. It smells terrible when you walk in. We had 2 cockroaches and all the outlets went out in our room. It is very old and run down. They do not provide towels. You pay a * dollar fee when you check in and then you get it back when you leave. I am still clueless as to what it was for. The continental breakfast was old stale doughnuts that were probably out from the previous morning. We were so uncomfortable, we almost left and paid for another hotel room even though it was already paid for and we couldn't get our money back. The only thing you get is location on Miami Beach. Thats It. Do not go here if you want a relaxing vacation at all. We dreaded going back to our hotel, we would have rather slept outdoors.
