The whole suite was old dusty and out-dated. Online pics don't reflect the true quality (or lack thereof) of the suites. I had to have the house keepers clean the bathroom (again?) for a room I had to wait til 3 pm to check into. To top it all off this hotel charged me for and extra night's stay and would not refund me because they stated that the booking co. never paid them Yet I was indeed billed for the amount. It took about 9 months to straighten out but I had to SHOW those people that I didn't have an extra $** to be letting someone take away from me. The well kept areas were the Lobby and to some degree, the hall ways. The Shula restaurant was largely price but enjoyable. I hated having unauthorized charges to my credit card most of all.

We stayed at this hotel in May, 2009. Having a suite was nice; the decor was fine. The free breakfast was really nice and so was the restaurant staff. There were two pools which were lovely. The fitness room however, was lame with two treadmills and two steppers and some weight equipment that was old and rickety. A problem we had was that we were not within walking distance of anything. We had to keep jumping on a bus to go to restaurants, Walgreens, Lincoln Avenue, and malls.

The staff were wonderful considering we checked out within 1/2 hour of arriving! The lobby and hallways are dark and dingy. No 2 rooms are the same! I know because we saw 3 rooms before we checked out. Some rooms have furnishings from the 80's and they are worn and grungy. The pictures on the website are not even close to what things really look like!
