Terrible terrible. Completely false advertising. The sheets might be clean, but the duvet certainly wasn't. Walls has peeling paint, floor carpet teems with unimaginable bugs, and their free continental breakfast so boldly advertised on the web consists only of plain buns presented in a plastic box! There is no butter, or jam or anything to put on the bun! And hot water for the free tea is tepid, and there is only one type of coffee and tea. No decaf for those who are allergic to caffeine. Is management so cheap that they can't even afford $* per room to provide a decent muffin or doughnut? You can get bulk donuts and muffins for $* at Costco! And it would give each room two breakfast items. Or at least some butter or jam with the plain bun. Location is terrible. A good 20min walk to the nearest attraction on fisherman's wharf. Bathrooms are not very clean. Bathtubs are grey with black bits on them. This type of motel is something that you would find off a highway or a red-light district serving one hour room rentals.

The room was crampy, and you had to walk sideways to get from one side of the room to the other. It was moderately clean. However, the outside is like a pig's pin. It needs a lot of clean and for the price you could stay outside the city of San Francisco for half the price. The people of the desk need a lot of instruction in dealing with customers. I am shocked that they are in business. Will never stay there again.

Conveniently located near the west end of Fisherman's Wharf. This motel was dirty and noisy. The curtains were covered with dust and the towels were very thin. Room itself was very small. Noise was a major issue. It is located on Van Ness Avenue so it is quite loud and there is no soundproofing. Walls and roof/floor are also very thin so you here everything in neighbouring rooms. Requested no smoking room - was allocated smoking room. Breakfast consisted of donuts. Will not stay again. Overpriced and generally unpleasant stay.

Motel was dirty. It started in the parking lot which is filled with furniture. The room was filthy and very very small. Dust and cobwebs abound the drapes, the bath was dirty and the ceiling was cracked. We had the room over the check-in desk, which is also on the street at a traffic light, so one hears all the noise on VanNess Ave. Including motorcycvles and trucks stopped at the lights. To make matters worse, the walls and ceilings were so thin that we heard the nocturnal activities of our neighbours above and all the noise of the office below. Our co-travellers had rooms further in, and they were similarly disturbed by the noise of the street. The towels in the and the lamps were broken. The continental breakfast consisted of sugary, disgusting donuts, not exactly ""continental"". I would never ever consider staying here again, and I could not ever recommend this place to anyone oin good faith. The only saving grace were the staff, they seemed pleasant enough, and the location. But there are many other hotels/motels in the area.

Good if you don't have neighbors!

The location was decent, free parking was a bonus (but double parking was a hastle!) and the room was generally in good shape. However, the walls are paper thin so you'll hear the people staying in the room next door. That especially goes for drunks at 2-4AM, and I'm a heavy sleepy. The thinness of the walls equalled that of the door to the room. Quiet is the last word I'd use to define this joint. Might stay there again, depends on the price. It was certainly overpriced!
