Check-in was quick and the employees were helpful. The room and facilities were not up to standards. The following were problems: room key cards did not work. Had to go back for a third key card. Still had trouble. Floor lamp in room did not work. Room heater only worked on low fan setting. Workout room had limited equipment and was shared by laundry machines. TV could not be used in workout area. Pool was good size and water temperature was comfortable. However, the jacuzzi was not working. The entrance we used was unsecured and open at all times.
