  Our room was smelly and hot hot hot! they changed our room because the first had no air conditioning (although hotel says is does). the second room was not much ...

  Our room was smelly and HOT HOT HOT! They changed our room because the first had NO air conditioning (although hotel says is does). The second room was not much better. We needed a fan, and even then the room was hot, stale. We had also requested a wake-up call, never received the call and almost missed our train. When we said something at the front desk, the clerk's response was that it was that the night clerk wrote down that he made the call. (????)
