Nice to have single storey units, almost like condos. The front desk staff is outstanding, far outpacing any BIG name facility. The bathrooms are large, with separation between shower/bath & vanity area. Nice to have a coffee pot (I always carrymy own brand & filters although they supply theirs), small frig to cool beverage & it froze my ice packs for travel very nicely. The ony "upgrade" they need to go to is the linens of today, as in throwing away the outdated quilted spreads and going for the current trend of crisp, starched, cottons with 2washable everything on the bed....although I did note that they'd moved to fitted bottom sheets ! hallelujuah ! All in all very nice, close to connecting freeways, AND I'll definitely stay again. Ate lunch and a Sunday brunch in the dining room and was pleased. ABC / Burbank, CA....XYZ / Santa Rosa, CA

I would not give this hotel a 3 star rating. It might have been worthy of 3 stars in the 80's but now it is just dated and run down. The restaurant is terrible. Truly the worst breakfast I have ever had.

04/24/2010I had a very nice stay and was treated nicely. the restaurant breakfasts were great as was the sunday brunch. the room was large and very clean and pleasant.

Arrived at the front desk and was informed that we were being upgraded from a regular room to a casita(nice) the price stayed the same (nice), informed them we had dogs traveling and we were informed by the front desk that its good to have pets, they are family too. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, the casita had a fridge, microwave, electric stove, sink. good location, and close to movies, mall, food. Our dogs enjoyed the room, and the grass. Will stay agian.
