Important Hotel Information
- Guaranteed check-in time is at 3pm day of arrival and check-out is at 11am. Please check-in at front desk. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If arriving after hours please contact resort at 1-501-623-6600 for further direction. Spa opens at 9:00 am daily and stays open to 1:00 pm, unless they have late appointments to follow after hours.

You would think a hotel of this size would be a lot better. You had to park a block away or in a parking lot across the street that wasn't being used. Being that we could see the parking lot from our window, we choose to move our vehicle to the vacant parking lot. The room we stayed in had stains on the carpet, not very many channels on their tv, the pool was ok, it is kind of small and it's not very deep at all, the lights kept going out in it, and they had filled in the hot tub from the last time we had visited, the friendliest of their staff was their maintance men, and that was when we were checking out, we rode down on the elevator with them. However their beds were ok. If you could stay somewhere else I would.
