Problems with the parking areas cars and trucks being broken into with a loss of personal property and costs of repairs and the Best Western referred me to there insurance company which all they did was reject a claim so you will be out lots of money. BEWARE!!! And if you are a non smoker make sure you request a room that does not connect to a smokers room or you will smell like a ash tray.

My husband and I selected the Ayres Hotel because it was close to the Ontario Airport. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. The hotel was everything we expected. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the wine and hors d'ouevres in the afternoon, and the jacuzzi in the evening. The area felt quiet and safe. All in all, a very pleasant stay, and we will return again.

Second stay here. Really nice. The check in process had a glitch in it. Arrived at 1:30 am and reservation hadn't made it from Travelocity to hotel system. They compensated by upgrading to a three room suite! Next door to Convention, just perfect!
